IDENTITY DIRECT’S “MEGA MONEY” PROMOTION

 Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older only, excluding employees of Identity Direct, Ortega Publishing Pty Ltd, and their immediate families, associates, agents and suppliers, who respond to marketing communications via email, mail, telephone or online from the Promoter during the promotional period.
  3. Prize entry can only be made and validated by making a successful response in conjunction with various offers from the Promoter via phone, fax, mail, email or web.
  4. Two customers will be randomly pre-selected to win prizes. They are allocated unique claim numbers which are 9628 and 9612. The prize for claim number 9628 is $500 cash. The customer with claim number 9612 will win $250 cash. Prize claims with claim number 9151 will go into a draw to allocate the corresponding prizes. A random number table shall be used to allocate prizes to each winner.
  5. The first customer selected will receive the $10,000.00 cash, the next customer selected will receive $1,000.00 cash, then 25,949 customers in Australia shall receive a Quickflix gift voucher (valued at $42.98 each, representing a total value of $1,115,288.02). Then 2834 customers in New Zealand shall receive a cartoon DVD (valued at $24.95 each, representing a total value of $70,708.30 in New Zealand). 8,491 customers shall receive the Quickflix gift voucher in NSW, 6,427  in VIC, 5,180  in QLD, 2,611  in WA,  1,950 in SA, 607  in TAS, 418  in ACT and 267 in NT. We reserve the right, if needed, to replace prizes with other products of equal value, subject to State approval. In case the prize claims with Claim Numbers other than 9151 are not received, remaining prizes will be drawn in a second chance draw at the end of the promotion. A random number table shall be used to allocate prizes to each winner. When a matching entry is received the prize will be sent to the customer. The first customer selected will receive the highest value remaining prize, the second customer selected will receive next highest value remaining prize, and so on, until all remaining prizes have been allocated. Total prize value is $1,197,746.32.
  6. Promotion commences on 1st July 2012. Entries for both instant win prizes and the Claim Number 9151 draw close last mail received on 7th January 2013. The major draw for prize claims with Claim Number 9151 will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100 on 14th January 2013 at 3pm. The second chance draw for any unclaimed instant win prizes will take place at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale NSW 2100 on 14th January 2013 at 4pm. Winners will be notified by mail and their prizes will be mailed to them within 28 days. The names of winners where the prize value is $100 or more will be published in The Australian and The New Zealand Herald on 21st January 2013. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, a draw will be held at 3pm on 15th April 2013 at the same place as the original prize allocation. Any winners will be notified by mail and their names published in The Australian and The New Zealand Herald on 22nd April 2013.
  8. Cash prizes will be paid via cheque in the local currency of the winner. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stated. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
  9. Official game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
  10. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail or email.
  11. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
  12. Printing error(s) and other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusing payment of prizes. At the end of the lottery all existing claims to prizes and entitlements will be met notwithstanding the advertised prize pool has been exceeded.
