How can I participate in the Curash™ Free Personalised Story Book Promotion?

To participate, purchase any three (3) specially marked Curash™ Babycare products from a participating pharmacy, supermarket or discount department store in Australia during the Promotional Period. The offer only applies to purchases of participating Curash products listed in the table below; that are specially marked with a promotional sticker on pack and purchased during the Promotional Period.

Participating Curash™ products can be found in Woolworths, Coles, discount department stores, Priceline, Chemist Warehouse & leading Pharmacy outlets nationally.

 

 

How to Enter

 


  1. Go online to www.curash.com.au and follow the promotional prompts to online claim form.
  2. Input the requested details (including your three (3) unique promotional codes), select which book you would like to receive and submit the fully completed claim form before 11.59pm AEST on 25/08/13 or before 10,000 valid claims have been received, whichever is first to occur.
  3. Once your claim has been submitted, a validation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
  4. Your personalised Story Book will be delivered to the address you provided within 28 days.

There is one (1) unique claim code on every on-pack sticker.
How many unique claim codes do I need to claim a Free Personalised Story Book?
Each entrant needs three (3) unique claim codes to claim a Free Personalised Story Book.

Do I need to purchase all three (3) specially marked products at the same time?

No, entrants do not need to purchase all three (3) specially marked products at the same time. To enter, consumers need to purchase a total of three (3) specially marked Curash™ Babycare products during the promotional period.


Where is the unique claim code located?

The unique claim code is a twelve (12) digit alpha numeric code located on the inside of the on-pack stickers, attached to participating Curash™ products. To locate the unique claim code you must follow the sticker prompts and peel back the marked corner on the right hand side of the pack sticker.


How many Free Personalised Story Books can I claim?

There is a maximum limit of six (6) Free Personalised Story Book claims per household. Each claim must be submitted separately following the entry requirements.


Can I use the unique claim code more than once?

The unique claim code can only be used/entered one (1) time.


How many Free Personalised Story Books are available?

There are only 10,000 Free Personalised Story Books available. The offer is strictly limited to the first 10,000 valid claims received during the promotional period.


What happens if I try and make a claim after all 10,000 Free Personalised Story Books have been issued?

A message will appear on the redemption page as soon as we have received 10,000 claims, letting consumers know that the promotion is now over. Visit www.curash.com.au as soon as you have purchased three (3) specially marked products to redeem your Free Personalised Story Book.


Do I need to keep my purchase receipt?

Yes, claimants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all products redeemed as proof of purchase.


Do I need to keep all three (3) pack sticker unique claim codes once I have submitted my claim online?

Yes, claimants must retain their unique claim codes for all products redeemed until they have received their Free Personalised Story Book.

Why is my unique claim code invalid?

Please make sure that you are entering the correct details into the correct fields. Enter using unique claim codes found on the packs of each product, into the unique claim codes fields. If you are having troubles submitting with your promotional codes please call 1300 551 106 or email us at customerservice@identitydirect.com.au. Please include your codes and a description of the issues you are experiencing.

 

I can’t read my code, what do I do?

Try and remove the whole sticker from the packaging and place the sticker against a white piece of paper. If you are still having difficulties reading your code, please contact us at customerservice@identitydirect.com.au

 

Can I claim over the phone?

No. Claims can only be made online using the “How to Enter” instructions above.

 

Can I claim via my mobile device?

No. Claims can only be made via the www.identitydirect.com.au desktop site

There are 10,000 Free Personalised Storybooks available and the offer is strictly limited to the first 10,000 valid claims received during the promotion period.

If your claim(s) are valid your book will be delivered by mail within 28 days of submitting claim.

 

It has been over 28 days since I made my claim – where is my book?

If it has been over 28 days since you made your claim please call 1300 551 106 or email customerservice@identitydirect.com.au along with the order number from your confirmation email.

 

My book title is no longer available?


Each book title has a set number of copies available for redemption. The selection of titles will reduce during the promotion, as books are redeemed. If the book title you have chosen is no longer available, you will be asked to choose another book from the available titles.

 

Here is the breakdown for each book title.

 

1)     Winnie The Pooh (1,000 available);

2)     Elmo (1,000 available);

3)     Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (1,000 available);

4)     Dora the Explorer (1,000 available)

5)     Cars 2 (1,500 available);

6)     Princess Collection (1,500 available);

Can I transfer or exchange my book?

No. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

When does the promotion commence?

The promotion starts Monday 1st July 2013.

 

When does the promotion finish?

The promotion finishes Sunday 25th August 2013 at 11:59pm AEST or once 10,000 valid claims have been received, whichever is first to occur.

 

What is the last date that I can submit a claim?

All valid claims must be received by 11:59pm AEST 25th August 2013 unless all 10,000 Free Personalised Story Books have been allocated by this date.
